My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic. The location is superb, right in the heart of Lenzerheide with easy access to public transport and the ski slopes. The rooms offer a wonderful view of the Alps, facing the road, and above the reception and restaurant areas. The service was incredibly kind and helpful, making me feel like part of their family. The dining experience was satisfying with various options available. However, the continental breakfast lacked hot items other than 3 or 6-minute eggs. The facilities were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable stay.
